Hero Service Bundle

Our Customer loved, Hero service bundle.
1) System ducts cleaned (including return, supply, trunk, plenum and branch ducts)

2) We clean with a combined 5000 cfm Nadca-approved equipment.

3) Vents, registers, grills cleaned with high pressure Anti-fungal solution and hand scrubbed to
like new condition by hand. In the event we cannot clean the staining we will paint them.

4) Ducts, collared connections on your plenum and boots will be ....inspected with a thermal imaging camera for leaks and minor repairs done.

5) Evaporator Coil cleaned 140 psi steam and with a high-grade coil cleaner that is an antimicrobial as well as a very powerful cleaner.

6) Drain line cleaned and cleared, a must do.

7) Complete system treated with BENEFECT® BOTANICAL & DISINFECTANT, an Hospital grade disinfectant. ALL surfaces will be directly treated with this powerful antimicrobial that is safe and all-natural. The first and only EPA approved botanical disinfectant in America, Benefect Botanical Disinfectant kills over 99.99% of Bacteria, Fungus, all viruses, mold, and mildew .

Suitable for use around children, pets, the elderly and chemically sensitive individuals.

8) When we are cleaning your coil we will clean the condensate drain pan, interior walls, and other surfaces by hand. Then we treat the interior with Benefect to help insure that mold is eliminated from your entire system

9) When there is staining on vents the reason is almost always hot attic air leaking around the boot. We will seal the boot to the drywall to remedy that. It is important that this service is done to ensure that the problem does not come back.

10) Bathroom exhaust fans will be cleaned and the backflow preventer valve will be inspected and cleaned if needed. It is a valve on the fan that opens when the fan is on and it is supposed to close when the fan is off, preventing hot dirty humid attic air from coming into the bath. This is usually the reason why bathroom registers rust. It is an easy fix and included in the bundle.

11) No need to worry about covering or moving furniture. We will do that for you. We are a white glove service company.

12) We will check the emergency shut-off on your ac pan. Nice to know it's working. In the event that your ac were to overflow this is the sensor that will shut the unit off , saving your home from costly water damage.
