equipment.
3) Vents, registers, & grills cleaned with high pressure air
4) Ducts are inspected for leaks & minor repairs done.
5) Evaporator Coil cleaned with a high grade coil
cleaner that is an antimicrobial as well as a very
powerful cleaner
6) Drain line cleaned.

Recommended service every two years

Per NADCA healthy hvac system cleaning schedules. Commercial systems are recommended to be cleaned annually.

For extremely clogged and dirty coils there can be an additional service charge if we have to remove the coil to clean. We will inspect the coil prior to the job with an endoscope that you can view yourself. Few coils have to be removed to be cleaned and it is not recommended to remove older coils because of possible freon leaks. We have very specialized tools that enable us to clean in place 95% of the time.
