Attic Radiant Heat Guard

Radiant barriers are installed in homes -- usually in attics -- primarily to reduce summer heat gain and reduce cooling costs. 14) We can remove 85 percent mold drywall stains.  We also treat with a fungicide and sporicidal to kill the mold and mold spores on the ceiling around the vents. We then coat with a clear 20 year mold encapsulate preventing growth from returning there. When sever growth is present , we may charge an small  additional fee of 50 to 100 dollars per system to cover the cost of the solutions we use. 

15) We can also coat the interiors of plenums that have mold growth, effectively eliminating it. This is an additional service.
