Dryer Vent Cleaning

The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) reports that dryers and washing machines cause an average of 15,970 fires each year, with dryers causing 92% of them and an average of $200 million in property damage. More specifically, electric dryers are shown to be more than 2.5 times more likely than gas dryers to cause fires due to the higher heat discharge from electric dryers which increases the problem of lint buildup.

Dryer fires typically originate from two places, dryer venting and the lint trap. The majority of the fires are attributed to a failure to clean and perform routine maintenance. This means that most of these fires are preventable.12) We will check the emergency shut-off on your ac pan. Nice to know it's working. In the event that your ac were to overflow this is the sensor that will shut the unit off , saving your home from costly water damage.

13) We will be exhausting the indoor air to the exterior of the home, while filtering fresh air coming into the home. We will also run hepa air scrubbers during the cleaning process. 14) We can remove 85 percent mold drywall stains.  We also treat with a fungicide and sporicidal to kill the mold and mold spores on the ceiling around the vents. We then coat with a clear 20 year mold encapsulate preventing growth from returning there. When sever growth is present , we may charge an small  additional fee of 50 to 100 dollars per system to cover the cost of the solutions we use. 

15) We can also coat the interiors of plenums that have mold growth, effectively eliminating it. This is an additional service.
