Ducts Cleaned To NADCA Standards

We clean with a combined 5000 cfm Nadca approved equipment. One system clean includes supply, return, branch, and plenum ducts. Vent registers cleaned with high pressure air. Ducts are inspected for leaks. Price is for one complete system, some homes and business will have two or more.12) We will check the emergency shut-off on your ac pan. Nice to know it's working. In the event that your ac were to overflow this is the sensor that will shut the unit off , saving your home from costly water damage.

13) We will be exhausting the indoor air to the exterior of the home, while filtering fresh air coming into the home. We will also run hepa air scrubbers during the cleaning process. We start cleaning before we start cleaning. We are working to dramatically improve your indoor air quality which goes above and beyond cleaning the surfaces of your hvac system

14) We can remove 85 percent mold drywall stains.  We also treat with a fungicide and sporicidal to kill the mold and mold spores on the ceiling around the vents. We then coat with a clear 20 year mold encapsulate preventing growth from returning there. When sever growth is present , we may charge an small  additional fee of 50 to 100 dollars per system to cover the cost of the solutions we use. 

15) We can also coat the interiors of plenums that have mold growth, effectively eliminating it. This is an additional service.
