Evaporator Coil Cleaning

We use a high-performance, heavy-duty biodegradable detergent, specifically formulated with special surfactants and alkaline cleaners. It will liquefy dirt, grease, oil, and other residues. Since it is fortified with corrosion inhibitors, it is safe for use on metals and other materials. We use a specially designed water pressure cleaner that has the precise pressure to clean at. To much and the fins can be damaged.We have tools that help us get in those hard-to-reach areas too. If the coil has to be removed to be cleaned there is an additional fee. Few have to be removed and it is recommended that older systems should have their coils cleaned in place to prevent possible freon leaks.
